r&d

R&D stands for Research & Development
If you have already received Solution Focused training or, our own training, or neither - read on, then decide if you'd like to be part of the R&D Team.

What is the R&D Team?
A voluntary team of people, across the UK make up the Sycol R&D Team. As individuals, they are all interested in furthering the ideas and techniques of Solution Oriented Brief Therapy and its many applications.

How do I become part of the R&D Team?
If you are interested in furthering the ideas and techniques of Solution Oriented Brief Therapy - it's easy to join the R&D team. You will need to:

1. Complete the joining form, which will let us know of relevant news from your locality:

a new application idea you've had
a new application you've tried out or developed
a success story
a project, dissertation or innovative piece of work you or someone else is involved with

2. Then, to remain a member, you'll need to keep us informed of your development at least 3 times a year (think of the academic calendar!).

What will Sycol do with all the data received from R&D Team members?
Share it with you and hundreds of others via the Brief Therapy Developments ezine. We will hand over a whole page of the website to you, to decide on content and everything.

Why should I bother?
Put yourself and/or your service on the Solution Oriented Brief Therapy map. Let others know of your great ideas and work. Share what's new and good in your Solution Oriented Brief Therapy work and get a picture of what's happening across the UK. Build many bridges with interested colleagues all over the UK. Get your training discount!
